Project Description:
This comprehensive project involved a significant transformation of the existing home, starting with the demolition of the sunroom to make way for a 70 square metre extension. The extension allowed for the creation of a spacious new living area, modern kitchen, walk-in pantry, and dedicated media room. All three bedrooms were reconfigured to offer larger, more comfortable spaces.

As part of the renovation, we also replaced the entire roof and updated the cladding, enhancing both durability and street appeal. Outside, a new deck was built under a stylish veranda, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The landscaping was redesigned to blend beautifully with the existing established gardens, creating a cohesive and inviting environment for outdoor living.
