Project Description:
This project involved the addition of a brand-new single-storey extension featuring a spacious master bedroom, a contemporary ensuite, and a custom walk-in wardrobe. A key design element was the change in exterior cladding — transitioning from the original Summerhill stone to a board and batten finish, creating a modern yet cohesive look.

One of the more technical challenges of this project was integrating the new structure into the existing flat roofline, which featured a small parapet and internal gutter system. Our team carefully adapted the roof design to ensure a seamless connection and long-term weather performance.
